The hotel's location was ideal for me. EVERYTHING was within walking distance. The staff was polite. I especially appreciated how helpful Abdurrahman was. He provided recommendations for food and visits.

The air conditioning was not good. It was temperamental. It would slow down during the day, and turn off at night. the noise insulation was poor and i experienced noise from outside and from the corridor.

The hotel is close to the tram station. This made getting around the city simple. The staff offered assistance with taxis and dinner reservations. I especially appreciated Mr Abdurrahman's help.

Yunus was really good. His assistance reminded me of a caring embrace. The location was really central. It made exploring the area so effortless. i appreciated the clean, modern room and the delicious breakfast offered each morning.

I observed the staff attempting to upsell tours. These were available much cheaper outside the hotel. this practice seemed a bit pushy and detracted from the otherwise warm atmosphere.
